Jerome Eger is the Co-Founder and CEO of Smile, a dynamic company based in Singapore. With over a decade of experience in leadership roles, Jerome has a proven track record in the fintech and HR tech industries. He has been instrumental in driving innovation and growth at Smile since its inception in May 2020.
Before founding Smile, Jerome served as the Managing Director for Ginmon China, where he played a key role in expanding the company's footprint in Shanghai. His career also includes strategic roles at Lapmaster Wolters GmbH and igus GmbH, where he honed his expertise in sales, supply chain management, and enterprise resource planning (ERP).
Jerome holds a Master’s degree in Business Economics and Sinology from Goethe University Frankfurt. He also studied Sinology at Shanghai Jiao Tong University, reflecting his deep engagement with Asian markets.
