Catch loan stacking, before it's an NPL.
Real-time detection of concurrent loan applications across lenders — also known as credit stacking — so you flag risky borrowers before disbursement, not months after.

Real-time loan stacking and application velocity detection
A borrower applying to five lenders in one afternoon looks fine to each individual lender — none of them can see what's happening at the other four. By the time all five loans fund, the borrower's real debt load is nothing like what any single underwriting decision assumed, and the risk that gets discovered is usually discovered as a non-performing loan, not a declined application.
Loan stacking detection closes that blind spot by tracking application velocity — how many applications an identity or device is generating, and how close together — across a shared network, in real time. Smile's Monitor stage flags a borrower stacking applications before the second or third loan is approved, using the same velocity-based detection logic that lines up with the transaction-velocity monitoring rules many banking regulators now require, so a lender sees the pattern at the moment it matters instead of reconstructing it after the fact.
